Raw animal food stored in top portion of make table over ready-to-eat food in bottom portion of make table - no complete physical barrier between top and bottom. Observed raw chicken and shrimp stored above ready to eat products in their make table. Operator moved the ready to eat products.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed the operator missing their chlorine test strips.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed filled chemical multiple old labels on clean containers.
