Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Flip top reach-in cooler unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Observed ice on coils in back interior of unit. Also, fridge next to triple sink unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Operator stated he may not have turned it on longer enough to cool down.
