Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee handle raw tomatoes with their bare hands, explained the importance of wearing gloves or using utensils, or wax paper. Tomatoes were discarded.

Observed food handler training expired for establishment, operator has a training session scheduled.
