Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Microwave used more than 24 hours ago soiled with food debris. Operator cleaned microwave.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Frozen raw chicken and beef stored on table to thaw without running water. Operator placed items at the bottom of reach-in cooler.
