Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Had discussion with employees on wearing gloves to touch ready to eat foods. Observed employee remove reheated beef burrito and beef taco from flat top with bare hands. Employee discarded food immediately.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Sink blocked with tray of taco shells/tortilias. Employee removed tray and placed on microwave.
