Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observed employee cracked raw shell eggs then she returned to prep a sandwich adding a cheese to bread without washing hand or changing gloves.
Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed employee trying to wash hand only add some water then clean her hand in her apron and she was about to put the gloves on after. Spoke to manager and she correct her to the right way to wash hands and she did.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No Quat test kit,only chlorine and they using Quat.
