Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Above the cook line, butter (70F - Cold Holding). The butter has been out for 2.5 hours. The establishment was supplied with Time as a Public Health Control paperwork and the employee time marked the butter.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. In the cook line cooler, a cut avocado with the sticker still attached stored in a pan. The employee removed the sticker and washed the outside of the avocado.
Soiled dry wiping cloth in use. A visibly soiled cloth is being used to wipe the cutting board and the employees gloved hands. The employee placed the cloth in sanitizer solution and washed hands

Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. At the front counter soup well, tomato soup (130F - Hot Holding). The soup had been reheated less than 4 hours ago. The temperature of the soup well was increased to rapidly reheat the soup to 165F to hot hold.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. At the kitchen hand sink, the dispenser is broken and does not dispense. The cook supplied some napkins.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. In the container of cooked corn, a small ramekin was stored inside and used to dispense the product. The item was removed.
