Employee stated door has been frequently opened. Manager removed liquid eggs and cooked vegetables and placed in walk in cooler.

Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee drop glove on floor pick it up and proceeded to engage in food preparation. Inspector spoke to manager who intervened and employee removed gloves and washed hands.
Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed non food grade paper towel's lining cheese slices on cook line. Manager removed and stored properly.

Cooler has an ambient temperature of 39F. Viewed employee open cooler multiple times during inspection. Manager moved TCS foods to walk in cooler.
