Checked dishmachine three times not sanitizing properly final rinse reaching 149°f on gauge dish machine located in the Starbucks ( coffee shop) Chef notify technician at time of inspection. Recommend to use the three compartment sink wash,rinse and sanitize or Main kitchen dish machine until repaired, Boiler not working properly per Chief Engineer (Callback given for 7 day)
