Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days opened commercially processed, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. Ziplock bags containing frozen beef missing date marks inside reach-in freezer.

Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee pulled up pants, then continued working with pork at grill without washing hands or changing gloves. Inspector had employee stop working with food, replace battery at water pump, and wash hands before continuing to work with food.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Spray bottle containing bleach hanging from shelf missing label. Manager added proper label during this inspection.
Temporary interruption - no alternative supply of water provided. No running water inside unit. Manager stated the battery for the water pump was dead and switched battery during this inspection. Water inside unit is currently working.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Pan containing several packages of calamari thawing in pan on prep table. Manager moved pan of calamari to cooler during this inspection.
