Wiping cloth solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed stored in a location that could result in the cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed sanitizer bucket solution at 200+ppm. Staff added water and tested at 100ppm.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed not soap at handwashing sink next to three compartment sink.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed a bottle containing glitter cleaning agent with not label under three compartment sink.
Food stored on floor. Observed several containers of rice, flour, salt and sugar stored on the floor at kitchen area.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed scoop handle in contact with cooked black bean at preparation table. Staff removed scoop from the product.
