Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Employees are washing their hands in the triple sink due to the hand washing sinks between being inoperable.
No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. There is no food contact surface safe sanitizer available. Operator purchased sanitizer during the course of the inspection.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. There are 1 and 2 cup to co containers being used as scoops in the bagel production area.

Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Inside the reach in freezer in the kitchen there is a container of ice used for customer drinks with an ice scoop inside with the handle in contact with the ice. Operator put the ice scoop into a separate container.
Plumbing system in disrepair. The hand washing sinks between between the triple sink and the bagel make table is inoperable.
