Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed water at 76°F after three minutes running water at hand wash sink women bathroom. As per operator the hot water is shut off.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable at kitchen area.
