Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Truck has set up "wash,sanitize and rinse" instead of wash, rinse and sanitize. Showed him the right way and he changed the signs to say wash, rinse and sanitize.
