Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm); Dishwasher (Chlorine 100ppm), unit was primed to comply.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed in cooked rice in walk in cooler, manager removed cup from rice.
