Water draining onto floor surface. Water from above restrooms left on overnight that overflowed down to ceiling, front counter and back kitchen areas. Operator mentioned restrooms are not used upstairs and insured it was potable not contaminated water. Operator shut off water valve upstairs to contain situation.

Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed an employees drink on top shelf in cooler located in back area of kitchen. Manager removed beverage.
