Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. At time of inspection food employee touching soiled utensils and then grabbing cheese without washing hands and changing gloves. Discussed and coached proper hand washing with employee.

Employee placed ice bags inside flip top cooler and reach in cooler.
