Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. 2 pieces of cooked chicken breast 45 F, a few slices of raw bacon 45 F and 3 pieces of chicken quesadillas 47 F stored in reach-in cooler. Employee states that items were stored on counter top during food prep for about 30 minutes. Operator moved to reach-in freezer. Re temped: cooked chicken breast 43F, raw bacon 35 F, chicken quesadillas 39 F.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.

Dispenser not working properly, assisted operator to remade sanitizer manually, tested 300ppm. Operator contacted service company to recalibrate dispenser.

Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed some cutting boards stored on prep table are grooved at time of inspection.
