Observed teriyaki chicken (47F - Cold Holding); steak (47F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (46F - Cold Holding) located inside walk in cooler, ambient temperature displayed at 50F, due to cooler door left open while refilling front food line containers, as per operator, less than 4 hours. Manager removed food containers and placed them into walk in freezer to lower temperatures to 41F and below.
