Observed in flip top cooler Roast beef (45F); Ham (49F - Cold Holding); Turkey (50F - Cold Holding); Pastrami (49F - Cold Holding). Containers were filled to high, items were 43F at bottom of containers. Containers also lined with food grade papers. Cooler has an ambient temperature of 41F. Manager removed excess product from pans.
