Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Employee lunch stored at the reach-in cooler next to the customer food. Operator removed it.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Wet mop stored at the mop sink not in manner to allow dry.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
