Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed handwashing sink located next to the drive through window with a small percolator and cups next to faucet, manager moved items

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a can of stainless steel spray cleaner on towel dispenser next to handwashing sink located next to large mixer. Manager moved items to correct location.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed no vacuum breaker at the mop sink, manager said they will order one.
Equipment drain line draining into handwash sink. Observed drain line from a device draining water into the hand sink next to the large mixer in the back kitchen, manager removed drain line from sink and put it in a pan to drain.

Beverage/ice dispensing lever or filling device on equipment used by employees to refill customer drinks allows contamination of the lip-contact surface during normal use. Observed ice dispenser shoot in the soda fountain in the dining area soiled with a pink slime, manager and employee cleaned the ice shoot.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee coffee and drink container on food prep table next to display window in the kitchen area, employees moved items to appropriate location.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee purse and cell phone stored on food prep counter next to large display window in the kitchen across from the drive through window, employee moved items off table.
Food stored on floor. Observed a box of frozen fruit mix on the floor in the walk in freezer. Observed a 5 gallon bucket of icing stored on the floor under prep table by large display window in the kitchen, manager moved items off the floor
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop in the mop sink not hung to dry,manager hung mop to dry.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored over Ready to eat queso in Walk in cooler. Employee relocated queso during time of inspection.
Vacuum breaker missing or incorrectly positioned at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker attached to faucet at mop sink and not at faucet splitter.
Food stored on floor. Box of custard stored on floor in Walk in freezer. Employee relocated to an approved location during time of inspection.

Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee touched head and placed gloves on and began preparing food production discussed with management the importance of hand washing.
