Person in Charge placed all food in cooler in different cooler to reach proper temperature. At second roll top reach-in cooler by reach-in cooler near pickup counter, sliced cheddar cheese (50F - Cold Holding) Person in Charge stated cheese had been in cooler for approximately 2 hours. He moved cheese to different cooler to bring down to proper temperature. On counter by bagel toasting station, butter (69F - Cold Holding) Person in Charge put butter on time control.
