Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine at bar area sanitizing at 0 ppm chlorine. Manager had already contacted vendor to repair and have been using dish machine in kitchen which is sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine.
