Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Establishment moved prep sink from one wall in the ware washing area to the opposite wall same area. Spoke with plan review per Duke in plan review since it's a change owner application no plan review they would have to complete another application and plan review for current equipment layout. Spoke with operator he decided to disconnect the prep sink and place it back in its original position. Spoke with District manager regarding changes and placing equipment back in the original location during inspection. Inspector verified working running water from prep sink at end of inspection.
