Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Turkey sausage dated 11-8-25. Approximately 10 patties in baggie. Operator discarded.
Time/temperature control for safety food held using time as a public health control not discarded at the end of the 4-hour/6-hour period. Employee stated the hard boiled eggs are placed back in the reach in cooler at the end of breakfast, educated employee on time as public health control and they must be discarded after 4 hours. The eggs on the line today were all new as stated by employee.
