Observed Salsa (58F), shredded cheese (60F), butter chips (64F), and cream cheese (62F) stored on the buffet counter under no temperature control. Not prepared or portioned today. Operator added foods to the time as a public form. Operator time marked food 6:30a to 9:30a. Operator will use time as a public health in the future.
Food stored on floor. Observed plastic water bottles stored on the floor in the prep area. Operator removed.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop stored in mop bucket near mop sink in prep area.
