Double door display cooler in in kitchen area: cream cheese spread (46F - Cold Holding); milk (48F - Cold Holding); butter (48F - Cold Holding); half and half (46F - Cold Holding); sausage patty (48F - Cold Holding) The inspector placed a probe thermometer inside the cooler to record the ambient temperature. The recorded temperature was 48F, which is above the required cold holding temperature. Discussed with kitchen employee.
