Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Observed plastic knives on the self service buffet not presented food contact surface down.

Whole fruit displayed for self-service not wrapped and no utensils provided. Observed apples on the counter near the cereal not individually wrapped. Operator removed the apples. Operator washed, dried and wrapped the apples in plastic and replaced back at the counter for guest.
Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles on the stand up reach in units in front of the ice maker.
