Owner stated the tomatoes had been stored on top of the pans for approximately 1 hour. Owner placed the tomatoes in the bottom section of the reach in cooler.
Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Wiping cloth sanitizer reading 00ppm chlorine. Owner replace the sanitizer, new reading 100ppm chlorine.
