Nonself-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicle operating from an unapproved commissary, for washing dishes. Operator seized dish washing from unapproved area. All dishes are being washed and sanitized under licensed commissary area.
Interior of microwave has accumulation of food debris. Operator cleaned during inspection.
