What the inspector wrote — 7 findings
Container of medicine improperly stored. Bottle of ibuprofen was stored on the dry storage shelving, commingled with ingredients for food for sale to the public. Handed bottle to Operator and explained proper storage.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pans of food in the kitchen area out of refrigeration, sitting near the stove. Employee stated food had only been out of refrigeration for 10 minutes. Explained the importance of keeping foods at proper temperature, removing only what is needed to prepare recipes and returning to refrigeration immediately. Employee stated she would return product to the walk-in cooler for rapid cooling-down. Upon exiting the facility to type report 15 minutes later, hot dogs were still on the table. Educated the Operator on the importance of proper mixing chemical and proper sanitizing.
