Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed person in kitchen take gloves off then move to back room and back onto line and not wash her hands in between. Addressed and she immediately washed hands and then put gloves on.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw burgers over pre cooked sausage in reach in freezer in back area. Person in charge moved burgers to bottom.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand washing sink has a knife and sanitizer bucket in sink person in charge moved all items.
