Plumbing system in disrepair. Cold water faucet at handwash sink front line disabled.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm) after running three times, operator is not yet serving food to the public, and will utilize trip,e sink already set up, 150ppm quaternary, and will service machine prior to serving food to the public.

Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Quaternary test strips provided, dish machine uses chlorine sanitizer.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. On back prep line, observed 3 employee beverages over or next to stored foods. Operator removed all.
