Observed cooked quinoa (125F - Hot Holding); cooked turkey (125F - Hot Holding); rice with beans (120F - Hot Holding); turkey meatballs (120F - Hot Holding); mashed sweet potato (120F - Hot Holding) at steam table. As per manager for approximately an hour. Employee took food items to the kitchen for reheating. Also observed integral rice (90F - Hot Holding) at kitchen. As per employee for an hour. Employee turn on rice cooker for reheating.
