Objectionable odors in bathroom or other areas of the establishment. Observed moderate odor coming from 3 compartment sink area. Owner did stated that the odor smell can coming from old grease trap that still is installed. Owner does have new grease trap on property but not installed yet but will install when establishment get a plumber to install.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Water draining onto floor surface. Observed standing water at Mop sink. Employee stated that the water most likely came from the hose that night shift employee had the hose fill up with water and when they disconnected the hose from the mop sink the access water in the hose drain on the floor. Operator mop up the water
