Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In steam table at front counter, pan of rice 124F. Rice placed on steam table approximately five (5) minutes prior. Rice removed to be reheated.

Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Observed beef steak on cook line that is held on time control without time mark. Manager stated steak was cooked and placed on line at 3pm. Manager placed time marks on steak held on both lines.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed Spray bottle of cleaner stored over prep area. Manager removed and stored properly.
Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Observed the hand sink next to ware washing machine not dispensing soap. Manager removed soap and reinstalled soap and started to dispense.
Food stored on floor. Observed case of soda stored on floor near ice machine at entrance of cook line. Manager removed and stored properly. Observed Rice oil stored on floor of cook line. Manager removed and stored rice oil properly.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed Single-service boxes stored on floor across from ice machine. Observed establishment without a certified Food Manager had employee remove and store properly.
