Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed make tables in kitchen with built up debris on the outside.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed black debris on inner part of the lid located in the make table.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed containers under the service station near pickup window not inverted. Manager flipped the containers.
Ten (10) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in dry food storage area. Observed no light available in dry storage area near rear door exit.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed small leak in pipe under hand wash sink located in kitchen. Observed leak in pipe under three compartment sink. Observed a bucket under both leaks containing the waste water.
