Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Dishwasher (Temperature 147F) after running three times. Technician on site for repairs at time of inspection. Operator turned off machine and sent dishware to main kitchen machine for duration pending repairs.
