Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Operator run dish machine multiple times and tested since at 0ppm. Operator will call maintenance to take a look at machine and use 3 compartment sink in mean time.

Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee cracked raw shelled eggs, removed gloves, rubbed hands for approximately five seconds, and began placing gloves on to work with food. Inspector coached employee on proper hand washing procedures. Employee re-washed hands correctly.
