Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In small glass door Pepsi cooler, raw ground beef burgers over ready-to-eat hotdogs. Operator immediately moved product for proper food storage. Discussed importance of food safety with regards to raw foods storage with manager. Manager hung sign for employees to remind them of proper raw foods storage storage procedures.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Debris in focused spots across ceiling and in corners.
Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Sink set up wash, sanitize, rinse. Spoke with operator regarding proper setup of triple sink.
