Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed clean towels in hand wash sink in back food preparation area next to mop sink. Operator removed towels from hand sink.
Dead roaches on premises. Observed 1 dead roach beneath next to ice bin in back along side counter in front area. Operator removed roach and cleaned area.

Operator stated items had been in reach in cooler approximately 2.5hrs. Operator removed all items from Front counter reach in cooler and placed in Large reach in cooler in storage room.
