Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed : a spoon in the front line hand wash sink. This was moved to dish.
Dishware/utensils not soaked prior to being placed in three-compartment sink/dishmachine and results in soiled dishware/utensils after washing occurs. Observed : the small bread baking pans have residue from past bakings on them, these were on the clean dish rack.
