No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Quaternary test. Facility food hall provided test strips to unit.

Facility has grab and go at front counter with purple sweet bread. Operator removed grab and go and stored bread behind counter.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand sink has buckets and bottles in basin of hand sink. Employee stated that he washed hands upstairs and put gloves on and that is how they do it.
