Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In reach in cooler: pan of raw chicken over pan of cooked tamales.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Corn husks and basket in hand washing sink. Removed during this inspection.
Equipment in poor repair. Shelf broken inside reach in cooler.
Outer openings not protected during operation and vermin and/or environmental cross contamination present. Door and windows open, flies present.
