Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. Soap and sanitizer mixed in same bucket on prep table across from reach-in coolers. Employee dumped solution and made new batch with only water and bleach.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored above ready-to-eat food in standing single door reach-in cooler. Owner relocated eggs to the bottom shelf of cold holding unit
