Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Upon inspection tested sanitizer of dishwasher machine multiple times resulting in 10 ppm or not registering on chlorine chemical test strip. Operator contacted repair person during inspection.

Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Storage upright freezer Repackaged raw chicken over packaged cheese wantons. All frozen solid at time of the inspection. Wantons moved above raw chicken during the inspection.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Rear door in storage area.

Employee replaced the empty container and primed the dish machine. Retested to 50ppm.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime: Flat surface around the nozzles on the soda machine dirty.
No soap provided at handwash sink: 1. Hand-wash sink in kitchen on the cook-line did not have soap. Cook got some; 2. Hand-wash sink in men's restroom did not have soap. Employee got some.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured: Tank connected to the soda dispenser not secured to prevent it from falling over. Employee secured with the available chain.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed: Establishment's license is current. However, the accountant did not forward it to the establishment. Employee called the account to have it forwarded.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit: Rice scoop in standing water of 77° F. Employee removed the scoop.
