Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Plumbing system in disrepair. -Per operator, drain line under 3 compartment sink has partially collapsed and drains very slowly. Opinion of mall owners' plumbers is that it cannot be repaired/replaced. Operator plans to relocate 3 compartment sink to another working drain in the kitchen. Operator has been advised (by Plan Review) to submit application, menu, changes. Potable water is available throughout the kitchen, and all handwashing sinks are functional and drain at normal speed.
