Food handler training expired for Kearstin C on 10/1/2025, Tara D on 10/4/2025 and Christopher B on 9/27/2025.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Ice scoop in ice machine in contact with the ice. Manager moved scoop to proper storage.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Open employee beverage in reach in cooler above tomatoes. Manager removed beverage.

Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. In ice machine next to mop sink, handle of scoop in ice. Manager removed handle from product.
Missing drain plug at dumpster. Green dumpster out back of establishment labeled firehouse missing dumpster plug.

Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Wiping cloth solution on make line tested at 0ppm quaternary ammonium. Manager remade solution to 350ppm quaternary ammonium.
