Per manager, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese and sautéed onions have been in the cooler overnight. Per manager; turkey, ham and roast beef were placed in the cooler approximately 1.75 hours prior. Meats were all brought to 37F-41F within 20 minutes after manager applied ice bags to meats.
